Why the delay on SAC/OKC and UT/PH lines?

A lot of places have delays on the lines for SAC/OKC and UT/PH.

Anyone know why?

If a line isnt up by I believe 9 or 10pm, it comes up at 11 am the next day.

There up now but I'm thinking they were waiting to hear on D. Cousins for SAC and Kirilenko for UT.

You get a point though because even though some of em win, this forum is no where near the head of the class...
