What means with "b2b"? - Yes, I know its "back to back"

Just want to ask what the term means

the second is that it always entails some travel...

thus creating more wear and tear...

it is never a team that plays at home b2b, always at least one game on road, sleeping in a hotel,
or taking a plane..
