Did i witness a fix last night ?

Houston is fouling Dallas like an undisciplined Division III school at the end of the game !! The total was 206.5. They were no where near it, but scored 16 points in the last 21 seconds to go over at 106-102 !! Down 8, Houston is whacking Dallas sending them to the line then throwing up bombs from 3 range to score and send the total over. I dunno, I just smell a FISH. This is the NBA, not NCAA. Am I missing something ? Had I been on it, I would be thinking suicide this morning! Of course, if I had had the over I would be calling for a Party I guess! Thoughts ?
