Obviously I'm not talking about when plays are being drawn up, but when it comes to timeouts and talking about movitating the team or telling them what they need to do, it seems like half the time players arent even looking at the coach. I mean the players are professionals who have been playing the game for years, and know what the fuk they're supposed to do, this isn't high school here. Ppl are probably gonna hate, but it just seems that sometimes players could care less what the fukk the coach is talking about.
