Two advices on how to use teasers:-

1> Never use teasers on NBA totals. Thats the dumbest thing anyone can do. Stick to sides.

2> Never cross 0 when teasing sides. In this case you crossed 0 for Indiana.

Same goes for Football as well. Read wong teasers.

Books make money on teasers because people have no idea on how to use teasers.

Does that mean that i should tease like big favourites and have them as a small favourite instead of a small favourite as a small underdog???

Correct...you loose value when you cross 0....any line between -1.5 and +1.5 is the same...so you wasting 3-4 points of your teaser unnecessarily. The difference is even big in NFL where lines between -2.5 and +2.5 are the same...in NFl you waster 5-6 points of your teaser when you cross 0.

Its all about maximising your teaser. Other option besides reducing big favs is taking underdogs you like in a teaser.

I totally understand what you are saying, i normally dont cross 0 but i thought this might be a close game where charloette wins at the last possession so i took them plus the points. I'll remember this though for tomorrow, thank you
