Doubtful the Gasols completely neutralize themselves defensively. Why?
First, they're too smart for that. They wanna showcase their mad offensive skillz
Second, Marc's at home & want's to outscore the brother. He's out to prove that not only did he get the good looks in the family, but that he can score willingly without having to answer to Black Mamba.
Third, is the flab factor....Let's pause for a moment & look at their upper arms. Word from the red carpet is that preggo Natalie Portman looks forward to bulking up babyfat style. I'm talking the white, plump, juicy, fattened arms only the most caring & nursing mother can have. Marc's got em, and soon so will Natalie.
Lakers have nothing to gain from a slow pace in this game, and Memphis defense is a mirage. This number's been adjusted down a bit from last time, because the Grizzlies look much better defensively than they really are.
That's what happens when all the offensively challenged NBA losers are clustered into a 2-3 week snippet of your schedule.
Memphis reminds me of Atlanta Thrashers of NHL. They caught some lucky bounces for a few weeks & opponents just couldn't catch a break offensively. It ends tonite.
