matchup wise carmelo vs. battier is pretty lopsided i thought, nene should play, aaron brooks and jordan hill (like hill matters) are both out for houston...i didn't understand why this isn't being talked about more, isn't denver a decent play?

I thought this line would open at -8, Books like to overrate the Nuggs at home to the point of overkill. Just look at the last 3, -9 vs Utah (with Deron), -8.5 Port, -10 Indy. Rockets are right there in terms of quality with those teams if not lower yet they get -6?

Nene and Lawson might not play so i think thats the drop in the line, but it still opened much lower then i thought.

If Denver lost to depleted Utah squad at home by , the sure could easily loose to Rockets tonight. Rockets are hot/cold team. If they are on they could shoot like 60% from the field and they actually play better on the road for some reason

brooks or no brooks, he's not as productive as he was last year. rockets always put up a good fight and they are underrated imo. their only problem is losing it in the 4th quarter, so watch closely for that.

Yea i made a bad call on wvu and the under but this was my only other play so i will be up on the night albeit not big.

what i tell you? rockets already having issues in the 4th...already in the penalty when it was 9 min left in the quarter.

What's amazing is that i think there were something like 48 total pts in the first half and it still soared over the total for the game. The refs were awful.
