just seems like the hawks play down to there opponents. They might beat some of those lower level squads (example clippers by 1), but that doesn't mean they win ATS. Do you have Atlanta's ATS vs below .500 teams? The only place on the planet the bullets have a chance to win is at the Verizon Center.
