The thing that gets goat going is that he doesn't like other people's styles. You're a big line movement guy, i follow line movement as well as trying to find good situations. He hates golden greek too because he thinks all that guy does is fade the public which couldn't be further from the truth. See, i appreciated that i could talk hoops and matchups with goat milk last year. Never had that big of a problem with him until he talked shit on me during the football season in one of lakerboy's threads. So what happened? I had to expose him as we all saw earlier.

Love betting March Madness. Made a killing last year during the conference tourneys and the ncaa tournament and hoping to do the same this year. There's a ton of factors that go into these games: bubble teams trying to get into the tourney, the not-so-great teams who finish off the season strong and are playing the role of spoiler, fatigue, etc. The most important thing is first deciding who you think is going to win the game outright. There's lots of opportunities to pick dogs on the moneyline in these tourneys, but even when simply taking them on the spread, I think it is important to ask yourself if you think they can win the game straight up.

Anyway, looking forward to UConn-Pitt tomorrow at 12 to kick off the Thursday games.

I noticed pinnacle was doing some major juicing on a lot of the college games tomorrow. There's a ton of lines that the other books moved on but pinnacle has stayed pat on with the heavy juice.

I saw that too. Iowa, USC, Colorado State and Washington were all -126 last I checked.

Syracuse line is -1 according to Covers.com.

Miami, BC, Maryland, Bowling Green, Kent State, Ball State, Auburn, Arkansas, LSU ... I'm just gonna stop here but i could keep going. I'm thinking there was an error because they all happened right around the same time. Still, it seems kinda weird. Just gonna wait til tomorrow to make any plays.

It's worth keeping an eye on, though. I remember the night before the Kansas/K-State game, Pinny was juicing Kansas -3.5 at like -135/-140 while other books were already at 5.

Hard to tell if this point if they're actually taking a side or just juicing up early plays. Only one that really sticks out right now is Iowa +7.5 (-127).

Fukkin great. So many close games in this big east tourney so far that either were determined by a bucket or went to OT. Now we get arguably the closest game from start to finish and it's gonna be an easy syracuse cover.

I have had second thoughts but i'm not going to overthink it. Lakers win. If Miami comes out and plays a great game, i won't be surprised and i'll admit i was wrong but my initial gut was that LA wins this game and i felt very strongly about it. I've had a lot of time to think about it and i've doubted it and seen things that i don't like with regards to the line but i'm going with my first gut feeling.

Turns out my second thoughts were right. It was a great game and it actually went pretty much like i thought it would. I knew Miami was going to be game for LA, i was just confident the Lakers would pull it out. Thought there was a ton of value when i took LA early at a pk. I believe in hammering a play if you think you're getting value and that's exactly what i did. Not the least bit surprised that Miami won though and consequently my gamble didn't pay off. I plan on winning my money back, but it's going to take some time. Great call Heat backers.
