mobile updates??

hey guys sorry to be a nuisance i was just wondering how can i get alerted on my mobile phone when something new has been posted?

i know that this is probably the wrong place to post this but i didnt know what else to do so if anywhere on here that can help id appreciate it.Thanx

You can always subscribe to a thread. And go into your profile and set up email notifications when something is posted in that thread. Is that more of what your looking for?

yes, id like it so that i get notifications when somethig is posted in the thread.

In every thread you will see "Thread Tools" in the upper right area.

A drop down menu will appear when you click on it, then click on "Subscribe to this Thread".

Go into your profile. You will see a menu on the left side, go down to "Subscribed Threads", then click on "List Subscriptions".
You will see your Subscribed Threads.
On the end of each one, to the right. You will see a empty check box. Check it.
Then under that you will see a drop down menu labeled, "Selected Threads:". From there you can select what you want to do for each Subscribed Thread.

If you subscribe to a thread you have to know that if you don't actually visit the thread once a day or so, you will stop getting messages, that's the only caveat.
