Both teams are coming off of poor shooting nights and both teams give up over 100 points a game on average so why do I like the UNDER? Washington is a much better defensive team at home and Phoenix is prone to be streaky total wise. Another thing that strikes me odd is that the last time these two played in December, the final total was 233. Why is their a 20 point swing on this total? Makes me think that we can have a game that goes in the low 200's and gives the under bettors reason to celebrate.
