take washington + 3 vs memphis. last 5 @ home for memphis 1-2-2 when FAV. the one they did cover,they did in the last seconds of the game, when the game was in hand.the two that they lost were against winning teams. this team is awful when FAV. 89.7 DOESNT CUT IT!

i disagree, who will win the game? I think Mem. If it is Memphis, it will be by around 15 points.

I also like the Rockets. Was going to skip the game but the line has moved favorably after opening as a pick'em.

New Jersey Nets @ Atlanta Hawks

Over 187 (sold a half point to get better odds) @ -105 / 6 units

Atlanta is actually quite high scoring team at home. They were clearly tired in last game against Milwaukee, but should be rested now. Over is 8-2 in the Hawks last 10 home games and Over is 7-2-1 in the last 10 meetings of these teams. New Jersey despite missing Carter, should be able to score against the Hawks who will most probably keep the tempo up tonight. Expecting these teams to go easily over this rather small total.

Washington Wizards @ Memphis Grizzlies

Wizards ML @ 2.41 @ +141 / 4 units

Washington is on a roll. Winning 8 out of 10 and last 3 games straight up Only losses during this span were at Dallas by 6 points and At NO/OK by 1, where Hornets were able to take the game with a basket in 0.5 seconds remaining in the clock. Wizards also covered the spread in 10 straight. Gilbert Arenas has been on Fire also, playing with very high confidense. His quote after last game about the coming road trip "I'm the Eastern Conference assassin right now. It's a tour, from city to city. I just hope they all have a good game plan." I think Memphis is a good team, but they are not in the best form right now. They are 4-6 last 10, losing 3 straight, including at Minnesota yesterday, so it will be a b2b for them. Also 4th game in 5 days for the Grizzlies, so fatigue might catch up on them. I'm trusting Wizards to continue strong here.

Phoenix Suns @ Houston Rockets

Rockets ML @ +115 / 4 units

Houston really needs this one. They are only 3 games behind Lakers in the Western standings for the last playoff spot, and i think they will go past soon enough as they are much better team. Houston plays good ball with both Yao and T'mac healthy winning 10 of their last 12. Phoenix has also been amazing winning 9 of their last 10, but they are missing very important defensive man tonight, Kurt Thomas. Without their long man, the rest of the team is quite short and Yao should easier time in rebounding situations under the hoop. This is also a payback time for the Rockets who were blown out at Phoenix just before the All-Star break. Public seems to like the Phoenix, as there has been line movement from pick'em to +2, altough down to +1.5 now. Going to take it as there is good value here.
