The Sixers offense is not a powerhouse, but not anemic either. Charlotte is an anemic offensive team but I think Philly's defense will be playing tired tonight after a battle with Orlando. Neither team has done well covering the OVER as of late, which justifies the low total, but this will be the game that these two teams score in the 200's total.
