Dallas could sign him to a contract until the end of the season with a team option for the next year, would fill Butler's spot and you wouldn't have to see Brian Cardinal stepping into court anymore, so another plus.

Really, tatddy? I just read on twitter the news about releasing him were official but didn't know Dallas had already signed him. Might be a quality pick up.
