    Toronto at San Antonio (-12)
Toronto in a tough spot here especially with some key guys out for this game.

This will be there 3rd road game in a row... Lost to Washington and New Orleans... It showed they were exhausted in New Orleans as they gave up a lead in the 4th and lost. I don't think they remain focused if they are losing early in this one. Could be a blow out in the making.

Spurs want to keep winning and will not want to lose here.

    Weems is doubtful
    Barbosa out 1-2 weeks
    Bayless is ?
    Calderon is probable
    Evans is out 7-8 weeks

There bench is already thin as it is.

I'd lay the 12 and expect the score to be 120-89 Spurs.

    Laying 3 Units here.

The thin bench could be reason for Bargnani to start chucking up 3's. If he gets hot, he can easily put up 40. I'm on the Spurs as well, but doesn't NBA Betting 101 state you shouldn't bet multiple units on double digit favorites? I guess it depends how much you bet, but I wouldn't throw more than 1U on it. GL to us though!

Spurs have won many games this year by some big numbers but routinely don't get the credit from Vegas that the other big public teams do.

I agree Deep_Rest, double digit favourites are tough to lay the points with but under these circumstances I think it's a shot with a relatively small bet. $300 bet for me. Thats usually my average bet. I'm relatively confident that the Spurs will defend the 3 well tonight as they don't have to worry to much about giving up offensive rebounds easily to a team that has no one to do so. Raps arent very good working the boards at the moment.

I watched the Spurs beat down the Nuggets in there last game and they are tighting down that D of theres. Its going to be tough to score against them and the only way the Raptors have a chance is to run the court quickly in transition against this Spurs D but won't have it so easy. Raptors are also gassed and can't run that uptempo offense like they usually do. Nuggets tried to work that run and gun style against the Spurs and got beat soundly.

I'm also going to lay down 2 Units on the Spurs to cover the 1st half -7. Spurs -7 1st half. (x2)

          GL everyone!!

I see SA pulling away in second half/ Always be careful in big spread games though.

well i just witness a group of college kids beat up on the spurs.... and realised I made a pair of awful bets.

lesson learned I guess. Its just a shame that the spurs had to pass the ball out of bounds half a dozen times and go for low percentage shots 80% of the time. Attacking the rim were easy points but I guess they want to be embarressed at home against some kids.

Spurs will come back from behind to crush the Raptors. I can't even write that with a straight face.

But seriously, I hope the Spurs can get it together. I need them to be that massive point spread!
