NCAA / NBA Teaser? What Do You Think?

I've got a delima here. I have a 6 team nba/ncaa teaser that I like but i'm not extremely confident on it. I usually just bet teasers and ML parlays that I'm confident with and increase my bankroll nice and slow. Should I gamble and put in this teaser?

Pheonix Suns -2
Detroid Pistons -3.5
Portland Trailblazers -2
Xavier +10
UNC -2
KU -5

I feel extremely confident with the NBA picks not completely sold on the NCAA picks (Xavier and UNC still scare me). However this does pay out 700 for every 100 bet. Great value for something I think has a pretty good chance to hit. What do you think?

They're called teasers for a reason. It looks pretty solid, but one wrong pick, and you're screwed.

If anything, I'd put the Cavs at +11.5 because I don't see them losing by DD to the Pistons.

Xavier should cover unless UCLA shows up to prove something after their sloppy win over WK.
