This number looks wacked -3 Grizz i would think Bobcats would be a small favorite.
Whats up with this line is Grizz a winner?

Grizz destroyed the bobcats last time. Granted they have a new coach but with Wallace and Nazr not playing today, who's going to guard the Randolph/Gasol? If Kwame Brown is the answer, Bobcats are in trouble!

I too thought it'd be Memphis +1.5, but then the public would be all over Memphis, and in the case they win big(very capable) the houses loses a lot.
The Griz have been playing very well as of late, big win at Lakers(with Lakers winning big last night), beat OKC, beat Utah, and then held in versus OKC on the road. Meanwhile Charlotte has a poor record and a new coach.
Though this does seem like a trap Memphis looks alright in this one.

Both teams have been playing better recently, esp. Charlotte under Silas but I think the line looks right considering some of the quality performances by Memphis on the road recently.

Tyrus Thomas will have a "breakout" game to keep the Cats close (which is why I am also betting on the over), but ultimately Grizz will come out on top.

Memphis can play good ball when they want to.
They key words are the last 4 in that first sentence
I'm on Charlotte +3

Good pt. The difference between the mediocre/good teams is not just getting jacked up to play top teams but showing up against lesser competition as well.

Memphis is very sporadic. They can play from one end of the spectrum to the other. I'm on the ML, but the line staying at 2 1/2 with heavy public makes me very curious.
