Dirk out 2 weeks = No Playoffs

Dallas is the 7th seed right now, and with Dirk missing the next 2 weeks, I dont see them getting in. Here's their remaining schedule. Ouch.

If they can't beat a winning opponent with Kidd AND Nowitzki, they surely won't beat one with ONLY Kidd. No way they're making the playoffs without Nowitzki out for two weeks.

They're a funny story. Last year they played hard all season, got the best record, only to be eliminated in round one of the playoffs.

So this year they decide that the regular season isn't important and go on cruise control. And now they may find themselves out of the playoffs as a result. lol. Golden State sure f*cked up that organization.

Man a bad week can do you in out in the tough West, but without Dirk for 2 weeks you gotta think the Mavs are SOL on this one. Don't see them making the playoffs now.

Ironically the Nets should make the playoffs in the East.

My guess is the Mavs turn into a better team without him and they start running. The Mavs don't run off of made shots and sometimes Dirk brings tha ball up and takes it into the post. The flow of the game should change. Look what happened when Nash for out of Dallas.

I expect the total to drop to make up for Dirk's points with the pace of the game speeding up and some good value on the next couple overs.

haha it's funny Golden State eliminated the Mavs last year in the 1st round, and will now most likely beat them out for the 8th seed.
