Seriously, though-- what do you guys think of the over in the Memphis/NY game?

It looks like the o/u has moved up to 203.5/204.5 a lot of places, but you can still get 202.5 at matchbook for ~+110. The Knicks have pretty consistently gone over 200 at home of late.

Thoughts?

I just get the impression from Memphis that they largely let the other team set the pace. NY likes to play no D and just score as much as they can. I'm not rock solid on the play, but I figure it's worth a small shot at +110.

Any particular reason that you like the under?

I like your thoughts here. You are getting good value. I think this has value all the way up to 210, but I decided not to play totals until I have a cold streak in spreads.

Here's the next question-- the o/u for the 2nd is 100.0. Do I take the under and try for the middle? I have to imagine that NY will try to play at least a little defense this half. I only need 84 to hit my over for the game...

Or should I just let my bet for the game stand, knowing that I've got a pretty good shot at coming out a winner. I'm fairly new to NBA capping, so any thoughts are appreciated.

Umm halfs are harder in my opinion. You should just bet a game and then you can possibly hedge if you don't feel good about it. I should have went NYK over too
