More than likely they are only -4 due to the fact that they have lost 4 in row. But those 4 losses were to NOH, DET, BOS, and the streaking 6ers. The Bulls aren't close to those 4 teams so like the value in the Spurs -4 tonight. Definitely like the under as well.
