Yes, this talentless bum has to go. At least someone put him out of his misery.

You can't be serious? You lose a lot of money and looking for someone to blame?

WOW thought I parlayed Lakers and Arizona tonight, just went to look at some lines and apparently I never hit submit, so happy about that. Lakers, crap team.

I haven't lost anything tonight thank God, except for a few points at sbr book. I'm not blaming Jackson for being an idiot since he doesn't know any better but I blame Fakers owners for hiring one.

While i agree that Phil doesnt seem to have his heart in it this year, i dont blame him for the Lakers struggles... Seems like Kobe is turning to his old self... I guess all the Lebron hype has him wanting to remind the world who number #1 but he needs to keep in mind that he has teammates like Gasol, Odom and company

you cant blame him he's won the most titles I dont care who he's had and the fakers have won the last 2, making the last 3 finals. I dropped 3600 but I dont blame him. I blame the shit players. Either dont care or getting paid off. Simple as that. You cant go 8-0 { yes I know not against the best teams ** and then play as shit as they have been. Mother fuckers even got to within 2 after being 13 down only to get blitzed again. Get ****** L.A! No respect for you cunts who cost everyone their money. Im a fuckwit for betting on them after the form they been in.

I really don't think Phil Jackson is that good at all. When you are coaching NBA Legeneds and superstars like Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant, it really doesn't take much to win Championships, as matter of fact, it would be disappointing if you didn't...

What he did was bring that triangle offense, its good when used right but they are lazy and think they can turn it on when it matters, wont work this year.

sure, lets pay the hall of famer and owner's future son-in-law $12 million to retire early or possibly go to a rival, and then we can promote Brian Shaw, cause he'll definitely get it done

Only a master retard can lose 3 home games (milwaukee 79-98, miami 80-96 and memphis 85-104) for combined total of 54 pts.

Don't think Phil plays defense or shoots. Maybe the players just aren't as good this year.

                                in a word. YES!

he has added 5 more championships to his resume with his current Lakers team to go along with the 6 from his Chicago days with Jordan and Pippen. That is 11 championship teams he has coached.

Phil Jackson has more championships than any other coach in NBA history.

You still think this was a bad hire pronk?

You can't blame coaches for being overrated when Legends fall into their hands.

Someone like Red Auerbach was a great coach but he also had tons of HOFers to carry him so he gets 10 rings.
Same thing with Bill Belichick (legendary offensive line/great defense/lucky 6th round pick of Brady). Of course Bill is a great defensive coach but nothing special as a head coach imo...ends up being the most dominant NFL coach of the decade. How about Joe Torre coaching the freakin Yankees? Anybody with a pulse can coach the Yankees to a pennant. Coach Krshaueflasdfski from Duke. Overrated? Who knows...all I'm saying is that he has an endless pipeline of 5-star talent coming at him.

So is Phil Jackson overrated for being handed 2 of the 5 best players of all time? Probably, but if he keeps winning, who cares! There's no way he gets fired. Not after all the work he's done to help put Los Angeles on the map.

Phil will be done after this season, no matter what. There's an article in the LA Times nearly every week reiterating this (oops! gave away my bias! ) I shutter to think who will succeed Phil. Definitely NOT Brian Shaw. Probably some guy like PJ Carlesimo. Hopefully Ron Artest doesn't choke him out ala Latrell Sprewell!

People wanna bag on Phil Jackson for winning, and have the best players by his side.

I see Phil Jack as a guy that can handle big egos, and doesn't get in the way of talent.
