    [3.19.08] ChuteBoxe's NBA Wednesday (+18.75 Units)
In a rush again, just want to post up my plays in case I'm not back by tipoff. I'll be back a little later though to grade my MLB plays, talk to everyone about today's NBA plays, wish my friends good luck, and answer my pms.

    Wednesday, March 19th, 2008...

    Nuggets (ML @ +150) Risking 10 Units
    Bobcats (+5 @ +104) Risking 4 Units
    Grizzlies (+7 @ +100) Risking 4 Units
    Warriors @ Clippers Over (218.5 @ -107) For 4 Units

    Best of luck tonight everyone.

Ya..i definatley like your moneyline Nuggets play Chute...denver needs this game bad to stay in the thick of things in the western conference playoff race, this is a win they get to stay on the heels of 8th place.

I can look it up for you if you want me to, but off the top of my head, on large plays...

          20 Units: 2-0
          10 Units: 2-4

Absolutely horrific calls by the refs, including a non-call on a goaltend in the late minutes of the 4th quarter that cost the Nuggets the game. Not just saying this because I was on the Nuggets, but as a fan of the NBA. So many bullshit calls went the 76ers way, and for an NBA officiating crew to miss a goaltend is just amateur. No way Denver loses their next game. They have to be furious.

I have to agree with ya on that one bud...terrible calls during the whole game in all honesty. The worst was the missed goaltending towards the end.

I should have taken the points but in all actuality we should not have needed the points...Denver was still right there despite starting 0-13 in the 4th.

It got so bad that my wife, who generally couldn't give a shit about sports other than baseball, and just happened to be in the room and asked who I had, was watching the last 5 minutes pointing out fouls and screaming at the TV.

Damn, you really got screwed by the game too. That sucks man. I only looked at your plays quickly earlier, and just saw the Denver ML. I'm gonna watch the Warriors game at 10:30 to see if I have a play other than the over, I've been money on GS 2H's the whole year.

As much as I hate this season, and the inconsistency, and me battling to get back units, I have enjoyed it. I've learned more this year in the NBA than any other year combined. Next season I am going to slow down on games picked/night, and up my unit value of my NBA plays to that of my NFL and MLB plays. I can't play 4-6 games a night, and throw around a couple hundred here and there, I really have to just spot bet. This shit drives me crazy. 1 play a night, 2 at max, $1000/Unit. I feel with all the NBA plays the last 3 years, the sample size has helped me to see what to look for to be on the same playing field that I feel I am on the NFL and with Baseball.

I will probably use the same strategy next NBA season. Right now I am playing very small trying to learn whatever I can since I am new to it. I play a ton of games so by the end of the season I should have a decent sample size to see what works for me.
