    Miami only -5?
What do yall think here? I'll be at the game tonight cheering on my Rockets, but I don't really expect a close game. I expected to see -8 this morning. Atleast, something to that effect.

I had to get it at -5.5

The Miami Heat have been utterly dominant on the road in December, with only one of their nine consecutive wins coming by fewer than 10 points.

Miami (24-9) has started to look like the juggernaut many expected it to be, going 14-1 in December and outscoring its opponents by an average of 13.7 points.
Teaser Parlays of the Century: 2-0
    »NFL: 1-0
    »NBA: 1-0

    Active Bankroll:
    $327.75 (+60.91)

    12/21/10: $266.84 (+$56.60)
    12/20/10:
    $210.24

agree.. no one could really even match up with 1 of the big 3, but everytime a spread seems so favorable something unexpected always happens...

Me neither. I think Rockets are a smoke screen right now. They have had such a soft schedule and the Heat are finally at the elite form everyone thought they would eventually be at.

Remember D.Wade dropped 40 on the Knicks last night, but James and Bosh only got 18 each. I know D.Wade will not be having another 40 tonight against Houston, let say he will just have 14 or 16, James or Bosh could easily get 30+ either one of them so b2b doesn't really matter for this team. It will not be a DD victory, but surely 6 points is way too short for a Miami team to cover. Heat by 8.

.349 is the winning percentage of the last 10 teams the Rockets have faced - no wonder they have won 8 of 10. The teams they lost to were Mil and OKC. I'm taking Heat Moneyline with Ok State momeyline tonight. BOL everyone

what possible value do you see in taking ML of a 10 point fav?

Rockets are playing well too. I like them here. Wish the line was a bit more Heat like but i'll take the +5.

I agree with Demens Rokets are playing well however -5 is way too easy for a team that is playing well on the road ...

What? 10 point fav? OK State (College football) is -4.5 and Heat are -5.
