    Yao Ming out INDEFINITELY!
An MRI performed on Rockets center Yao Ming revealed a stress fracture in his left ankle, injured on Nov. 10. Yao is out indefinitely.

    I'm glad....

It was to much going on trying to adjust when hes playing and when hes not

Rockets center Yao Ming’s comeback suffered another devastating setback with a stress fracture found Thursday morning in his left ankle.
The injury is not in the same area as the previous stress fracture, but it is a major setback.
Tests taken after his Nov. 10 sprained ankle and subsequently did not show the injury.
Yao had said in the offseason that he would consider retirement if he had been unable to stay healthy.

Yao is a delightful addition to the league 8 years ago, fantasy/sporsbetting aside this should bring a frown to everyone's face.

I cant help but wonder if he had some issues with this foot before getting drafted... And now gravity has reared its ugly head on the Mingster

He very well could end up retiring after this. Between Oden. Yao, and Bynum I don't really get who so many teams are dying to draft these freakishly tall people...

The funny thing is, Yao is currently leading the All-star vote for WC starting center with something like 400k votes. Even funnier is that Bynum is in 2nd with 190k...almost half of Yao's votes.

exact same thing happened to Jing a Ling in New Jersey

lets face it...bball a shorty's game in China, they gave us Yao & Jing as payback for mortgage crisis

he should just retired and maybe trained or produced some kids with same height as him or even taller.
