If you were going to lose a bet would you rather lose by 1/2 point in the final seconds or get blown out by 40 at the start of the 3rd or 4th quarter?

i'd rather get blown out by 40.. biggest heart break to lose by half a point. the bucks hit a meaningless 3 point against the lakers a few months ago.. i couldn't sleep that night.

I think it's unanimous. I'd rather get blown out.

Watching a player make a meaningless shot, see a player commit a boneheaded foul, see a team run up the score, etc has got to be one of the worse things to see, especially if they beat it by a 1/2 point.
