No one here thinks games are fixed on a nightly basis, however there is a lot of sketchy shit that goes down over the course of a season. The Lakers/Bulls game a month ago comes to mind. If you think there wasn't anything weird about the ending of that game, you are in denial

NBA will fix games close to playoffs by making the refs biased towards one team simply for the TV ratings, I truly believe that. however, on a nightly basis the NBA could care less about the totals,winners and unless the Ref has bet on the game secretly(lol) the games are random.

I think every league has a element of rigging when it comes close to the championship games with the largest viewing markets, you will never see the Bucks making it to the finals for example since the market is to small.

I don't believe in conspiracy theories or this nonsense that the games are fixed but that was a very weird ending. I was on the losing side of it too!

I think it's possible for there to be a crooked ref or two but I highly doubt any player that makes millions is going to fix a game for some Blow Joe betting a few hundred bucks.

I find it interesting that some teams and refs get foul/whistle happy in the last 2 minutes of a game no matter what the score is, while others roll over and swallow their whistles.
