Lakers -10 at Wash

Ok I realize there is often a point or two premium on the Lakers. And I realize that Washington pretty much sucks and that Wall is questionable and Blache is doubtful. BUT the Wiz are 6-4 at home. And the Lakers are struggling even with Bynum coming back.

Normally I would look at this and jump on the Wiz, but this is a smelly line. What do you guys think? -10 is a bit much IMO. I would have guessed -8 or less. Am I missing something?

Public loves the Lakers. Its that simple. Line should be -8, but public will still be heavy on L.A

I like it. But good yet for me Lakers 1Q, and Lakers 1H . Lakers is the best team in the 1Q, and 1H, Wizards though one of the worst.

Lakers have a HUGE amount of trouble with quick guards. Couple that with Bynum not in game shape, playing only 14 minutes from what I hear and John Wall doing his thing at home. Think Wizards cover.

I like the Wizards here too. Lakers often do just enough to win on the road and haven't been playing their best ball of late either. Just fyi tho, John Wall, despite playing last Friday against the Knicks, might not play today...

wall had an awful game (4-14 from the field) and the wiz lost by only 6 points against the red hot knicks last time out

lakers are 1-9 against the spread their last 10 games and have a horrible record this year when favored by 8 or more points in terms of ATS record

wiz all the way...especially considering they are 10.5 point underdogs at home

lakers cant wait for this road trip to end. clippers kept it close, nets kept it close, bulls beat them etc. if i had to take a side i would take washington plus the points, however i am not touching this game.

I'd still roll with the Wiz if it was just Wall. Not that i think Blatche is a difference maker or a good defender but his replacement, YI might be the NBAs worst player. Odom will have a huge night imo.

blatche was out in their road game vs the lakers and they still only lost by 7 points. Washington is absolutely horrible on the road and very respectable at home

Washington has 2 very good guards in Hinrich and Arenas, so the loss of Wall isn't really a huge deal. Not to mention they have been dealing with those injuries all season and have been very competitive in home games vs teams like Orlando and NYK

Arenas is injured too ...'probably"
