Is this kind of data available?

Is there anything out there that tracks history data in quarters? Like if I want to see what a teams record is against the spread in the 1st Quarter this season as well as their record SU.

Not exactly what I'm looking for. Not looking for how many points they score, but what there record is ATS in the 1stQ.

Nobody is degenerate enough to track quarters ATS...the links posted has enough info.
