Phoenix -8 was the perfect trap

I was confused why Portland was a 8 point underdog after beating Orlando at home... looks like books tricked public into thinking Suns would have a big win.

It was the only full game I watched yesterday (Orlando vs Portland). Does anyone else watch tapes/a lot of games before making their bets? It seems a hell of a lot easier to predict lines when you see performances rather than statistics and assumptions from 'highlights'.
