No....historical data shows that betting home double-digit dogs is roughly even such that betting road double-digit favorites and home double-digit underdogs end up at 50/50 over the long term.

You may want to look for specific situations that are advantageous (i.e. a road double digit favorite who is playing their second consecutive road game....or a home DD dog who lost their last home contest as a favorite)...something like that would be far superior in terms of a trend.

No..don't think is wise to "always" do any particular thing but I do think that everybody should have some laws that guide their wagering. Double digit road favorites do win of course and double digit home dogs do cover.

I think it is wise to look for a reason NOT to bet on a game rather than the other way around. If you have some laws that you abide by then your handicapping should be faster and more efficient and produce more winners.
