does anybody know any good online book where you do not need to scan and trace your credit card with a pencil in order to get a payout? I have a new credit card and I hate having to trace and scan stuff to get a payout does anybody know of a good book that accepts us players and that will let you deposit with your credit card and get payouts without having to do the annoying and frustrating scanning and pencil tracing of your credit card?
