All the premature talk about the heat should be behind everyone now. Some saying they won't win a playoff series. Others saying they have no shot in the East. You will not put 2 of the 3 best players in the world on 1 team and not have some sort of success.

yes i really did because they had played together before but everyone who was talking shit about the heat is going to eat their words by the end of the season pauul, trust me. The only team that can stop them is the Lakers because Gasol will destroy bosh. Otherwise as you saw in the Jazz game, Lebron and Wade will start getting in rhythm together and doing some ridiculous shit impossible to defend. Pierce and Ray Allen will not last in a 7 game series on the defensive end. Their offensive production will struggle big time just like we saw with ray in the later games even though he was getting wide open shots he had no lift in his legs b/c of guarding bryant for 7 games

I still think the Heat needs a better big man because Gasol will eat these guys in the finals

They struggled early on, but I'm going to stick with my original prediction or now. Heat will be #1 seed in the East, but I give them almost no shot to beat the Celtics if they have to face them, or the Lakers in the Finals. Can't match up at all with either right now, so they might be a year away from competing. I do think they might roll to 60 wins in the regular season, though.
