I think its fine where it is. People say its to long because there is a bunch of pre maddona's in the nba and the nba is so lopsided. We don't even need a regular season. We knew before the season started what teams are gonna be there at the end and nothing ever changes.

The more one thinks the regular season's unnecessary, the shorter the regular season should be.

I see no discernible reason to change the current season, not saying that a sixty game season would be bad, but I dont see any serious benefits to shorting it.
