I wouldn't touch Boston. Orlando has a shot but, you would be betting on Miami to continue to play like they have been, which makes the odds NOT in your favor...

yeh miami will improve but not enough to finish top, there is just too much work to be done to get there by the end of the season. boston and orlando are solid and will continue to be so for whole the season, just too hard to pick who will come top but it wont be miami or any of the others

If finishing at the top would be too hard for Miami, they wouldn't be favored. What happens at the beginning of the season, rarely translates into what will happen at the end
