Starting this thread so I can keep all of my picks in one area. Feel free to comment.
Tonight's card is:
Atlanta Hawks -3 vs. New Jersey Nets (-106) **2 UNITS**
Atlanta swept this series 3-0 last year, putting up some very impressive numbers. They covered the -5.5, -14 and -13 lines quite easily by 18, 16 and 10 respectively. Atlanta is also a vastly better road team in this early season covering 5 of 6, while NJ has only covered 2 of 6 at home.
Cleveland Cavaliers +1.5 1Q vs. Indiana Pacers (-114) *1 UNIT*
The "King-less" Cavs have covered every road 1Q ATS this season with the exception of their first game vs. the Raptors. Indiana on the other hand has been less than impressive as a road favorite, covering only 2 of 3 ATS. The Pacers will also be playing in a b2b situation after last night's rout of the Miami Heat. I expect the Pacers to be a little mentally overconfident and physically drained for the start of this game, and the Cavs to take advantage early.
Detroit Pistons +9 vs. Dallas Mavericks (-110) *1 UNIT*
Dallas playing at home (1-7 ATS) + giving almost double-digits to a team that doesn't play that bad on the road (5-1-1 ATS) = CHA CHING.
BOL to everyone this evening!
