Danny Granger
The NBA has suspended Danny Granger one game for striking Bulls forward Andres Nocioni in the face on Wednesday. He will not play against the Raptors tonight.
The Chicago Tribune reported yesterday that officials missed Granger punching Nocioni in the mouth, but it was actually an elbow thrown near his nose. Granger should be back in the lineup for Sunday's contest with Milwaukee. Feb. 29 - 4:07 pm et
Brandon Roy
Contrary to a previous report by The Oregonian, Brandon Roy (ankle) is expected to play in Friday's game against the Lakers.
Blazers coach Nate McMillan said after Friday’s shootaround that both Roy and James Jones (knee) are being listed as game-time decisions, but each is expected to play tonight. Roy said that he can run without feeling any pain, and he can explode to his left without significant discomfort. Feb. 29 - 5:53 pm et

Wally Szcerbiak
Wally Szczerbiak, who was recently acquired from the Sonics, will miss Friday's game against the Timberwolves to be with his wife, who is expected to give birth any day.
He's also said to be iffy for Sunday's game against the Bulls. Both games are in Cleveland, but we're guessing she's delivering the baby in Seattle, which would explain why he could miss two games. Feb. 29 - 11:57 am et
