Surprised the public is pounding Boston so heavily ...
... I expect them to win and all but I didn't expect the line to sail as high as 10 points and growing. Maybe I'm missing something here but Cleveland has the 2-1 advantage over Boston this season with an inferior team. They get A.V. back tonight and should at least keep it within single digits.

    No?

Didn't know that, but still not convinced 10.5 -- the total it's now risen to -- isn't too much.

That said, I don't think I'll go with Cleveland. But I don't want Boston that high, either.

This is the NBA so I would NEVER lay that wood. Only play here would be Cavs ML real small if you needed to bet the game. That's the only value in this as Boston could be tired (first game back after a road skirt out west) and King James could decide to take ovah and geterdun in bean town in Q4.

May lay a small amount on the ML due to the return potential.

Buzzy, is Ilgauskas out for the Cavs? He was out yesterday with a "cold" but last I heard he was planning on playing in the Boston game, although that would explain the line movement if he is out.

Regardless, with or without Z, I think Cleveland +10.5 is a good bet, and I also think there's value with a ML of +500 or more. +500?? Lebron and a decent supporting cast given less than a 20% chance of winning? I'm not so sure about that.

Celtics pound Cavs tonight , righteous revenge for the 2 losses to Cavs this year . Cavs played last night and know they are about to get a beat down at Boston tonight by the best team in the east . Using common sense by looking at the prior matchups between these 2 teams this year is totaly irrelevant to tonights game between these 2 . Throw common sense out the window here .
A bonus is the fact the Cavs are not yet acclimated with their new team to be able to play against a great one that is as one a super team , past gelled .

For the record, I'm parlaying the Boston M.L. heavy and got on them early at -7.5 for a little. I just think double-digits (to be fair, the line has stopped rising now; I thought it might've hit 12 or 13) is a real large amount given LeBron and LeBron only.

I think this line is way off, and will be on the Cavs. That being said, there's certainly a reason for it being so high that I'm just not seeing.
