The defense of Grizzlies needs a lot of work on, and is clearly a point of their game which can stop them from progressing up a tough western conference.

I gave up on gambling (betting). I have wagered zero units on the last 11 plays on which I have gone 10-1. Historically, I have done better on my picks when I do not gamble. I also do not watch the games on tv or follow them on the internet. I do this as a hobby to be the best first half handicapper for nba games. I started a first half nba thread that I will use for the entire nba season. I gave up on gambling because I was spending all my time thinking too hard about the games and following the games on the internet. I was losing sleep when gambling. Now, I spend very little time analyzing games and never follow the games on the internet. I have a good feeling that my results for this season are goin to be very impressive. Just follow my thread and that will be proof.

You could be right on this pick but my only question is why risk it? Although every game is a risk, but why would you bet against a team with 2.5 all stars against a team who MIGHT show up?

Heat played last night while grizzlies were off. Grizzlies are playing at home. Heat have not played well on the road. Heat also struggle in the half court game. Heat PG Arroyo seams lost on the court with the superstars. Arroyo is hesitant to shoop open jumpers.

NOt a bad first quarter for the underdog grizzlies. Only way grizzlies will not cover is if they get outscored by 13 in the 2nd quarter. Good position to have the underdog up 9 points and have the the underdog +3.5.

43-39 grizzlies up at the half. I have advice for the 2nd half. Stay away from this game. I like neither team in the 2nd half. I think I am putting up winning plays because I am not gambling and therefore not a degenerate gambler. Cant go wrong with a non-gambling sucessful handicapper like myself.
