    question
the true gambler bets on the ml. can you tell me why you guys like to bet the spread so much. i mean its hard enough to win a game let lone winning it by a certain amount. why don't you ml and just have fun and watch the game and hope ur team wins by 1 instead of 9?

You can keep laying 5-1 on 9pt favorites and us lousy gamblers will keep laying 9pts @ -105....

you make more money on betting a good underdog, at like +500 then trying to get money at _105 hahahahaha

sometimes the moneyline is the way to go for sure. most people cannot accept losing 4 out of 5 bets even though that formula is profitable a lot of times.

very true, very true, so what i'm trying to get at is, that gamblers will bet the spread because they want to win a low margin vs. trying to just do ml and getting a way better margin. it just seems like eventually you will lose. at least with money line, if you hit, you will have some cushion if you get on a cold streak

I agree with you to a certain point. But a true bettor should always bet against the most over-priced line. No matter if it is ML, O/U or spread.

For instance today.I Believe Lakers will win but it s not worth to bet it at 1.15.You have 2 choices. To avoid it or,to bet at handicad. The most because of they want to watch it at tv,like me,prefer to risk at handicap than to avoid it.
