Essentially what you are doing is saying you don't trust any of these teams to cover and you are hoping all 4 will cover with 5 extra points to work with. Why not just pick 2 favorites and you will get 2.6:1 ..Roughly the same odds and better value... I could see the Spurs destroying the Bulls tonight or the Heat doing to Pheonix what they did to Orlando..
