Local Offering Teasers That Don't Seem Fair

I don't do a ton of teasers so I could easily be wrong but here is what he is offering:

4 point teasers (two teams or bets) -110

5 point teasers (two teams or bets) -120

He says if one part of the teaser ties, he considers that a loss on the whole bet.

I rarely tease and haven't had money online in a bit here, is this the industry standard or is he ******* me?

was considering teasing the Heat and Lake Show down tonight... seems so ******* square but I just think both teams will win tonight. Psychologically wise, this is as much of a "must win" as you can get in November for the Heat this evening. They don't want to lose two against Boston this early.

That's what I thought. Can you tell me what the industry standard is for teasers?

Damn I can't believe he gets away with this... this is a new guy I was introduced to and seems to have dozens of clients.

For nba you get 5 points on 2 teams and a push is a push. Some books offer 6 points and a tie you lose.
There is -120 juice on teasers, I think he's beating you on a tie you lose it should not be that way on a two team 5 point teaser.
