I took the Denver ML and still lost...not a big fan of being on a key number and so if I'm going to take Denver at 2.5 I might as well take them at ML and save the juice. By the time I got to it the line had moved to +2 so I would've had to buy the hook. I fail for having bad timing but what can I do when I'm in a meeting

As Lakerboy said ... Why did Karl call a timeout with a second on the clock. He basically told them - Were down 4, the cover is 3 so lets get the shot under the basket as opposed to hitting a 3 and trying for the foul. Its a pretty dodgy piece of play calling right there. Check his computer for bets.

if you are a team down by 4 and you have 1 sec left and you call a timeout to draw up a play and your play is a 2 point shot i dont give a shit what anyone tells me , this ending was fixed . you can say alot of things happen during the game that can impact the outcome of a game but when it is this obvious its gonna turn alot of heads. tough loss / lucky win. But, is it just me or do nuggets and hawks are two teams that most of the time able to cover/not covering the spread close to the number (by 1 or 0.5 points)? And most of the times, it's decided by last seconds play. Maybe it's just me where most of the times, these kinds of losses always involved these two teams

It works both ways. You will lose and benefit from weird sh1t like this in the NBA. I didn't get a chance to watch the game live, but watched it on the espn ticker on my phone at work. I saw the score 90-94 with 1 second so I figure the Bulls covered. Refresh the screen to check other NBA scores and their it was again, this time Nuggets lose 92-94

I don't blame the Bulls at all for not defending that last shot. Why the hell would they? The point is how cheap do you have to be to take an undefended 2 when the game is already over? Yeah I lost money on this but I'm not pissed because of bad luck. It was just so cheap. I hope the next time a team is up by a lot against the Nuggets with time running out they run up the score just to rub it in instead of running out the clock like anyone with class would.
