Penn state is a good hedge situation. If Wisconsin wins by more than 12 its probably going over.for Wisconsin to cover and the under to hit the score would have to be ps 52 wis 67. As bad as Penn st needs a road win for their resume I don't see them getting killed and held to 52 points and beat by 12.

there is a big statical edge for maryland in the 1st half and the points they score.
maryland avg's 40 pts in the 1half giving up 31 pts and on the other side nc st starts slow and scoring 28avg and giving up 36. the spread is mary -6 1half
