I play all totals as well. I love playing totals and do it across multiple sports. Like it was said already Sawyer has a totals thread as well so you can see how your picks compares to his if ever interested. He is pretty good. Also the other thing I like to do with my system plays that I don't have enough confidence to actually bet on, is use those picks in some of the many contests that are available. It's just interesting to sometimes see how your own system compares to the plays that others are making. Just a little food for thought. BOL with your system.

I just wanted to compare mine to yours. I'm really worried because I have awful lot of OVERs.

I wouldn't give up after 2 days. Any system can be profitable as long as you take the time to plug as many holes as you can. If you can hit 55% over a season with it you're doing well for yourself and I wouldn't scrap that by any means. Who knows with a little tweaking of some filters you could improve that to maybe 58% or 60%..which is a ton. I would maybe look at that angle some more and remember you don't become a winner in one day doing this...it's a grind. Practice good MM and solidify your plays and you'll make money (at least that's the idea) BOL

Dude honestly you need to stick with it for a long time, Variance plays a huge roll in this stuff. You need to test your theory's over large samples and not get so results oriented. even big winners can have loosing days, weeks, and even months! Don't get discouraged so fast. Its all about long term.

Yup. I understand where you are coming from. Like I said, I somehow just came across this system while working, and surprisingly out of my expectation, it's giving me fairly okay results.

I just noticed your thread. Good luck with it, I'm going to tail you with some very small money for awhile but I can't bet against Sawyer's picks, he has the under on your first game. I wish you the best of luck with this. I do have to ask though...is this a simple or complex system? How long does it take you to handicap a game?

Yea, I think it's better if you followed Sawyer because he's the man to follow when it comes to total plays around here. Like I said, I'm not trying to be a handicapper so people can follow my plays, rather than that, I'm just posting my picks for fun of it since it's been producing okay results out of my expectation.
