I hardly ever play the NBA game, but I do like one game a lot tomorrow. Dallas is on a 13-game winning streak, but I think it will end in Denver. The line isn't out yet, but I expect the Mavs to be a small favorite. Dallas is off a huge home win over the public's darlings, Miami, and almost everyone will have the Mavs tomorrow. A worn-out team with questionable motivation isn't likely to win in the thin air of Denver, in my opinion.

I see the Mavs are -6. I maybe playing Denver myself tomorrow, maybe even the ML.

I personally would stay away from the Mavs game all together unless I was playing the total. too hot of a team right now...don't risk getting burned.

I have been dumping all of my blather into the "Best Bets" thread (including today). But I like the idea of a thread that just lists the picks and another that has some back and forth discussion. And Mr. GV you seem like just the man to "moderate" said discussion.

The NBA board is quite a sight. You like home teams? On the 12 game slate, 10 or 11 of the home teams basically need only WTFG, in front of the big Friday night crowd, in order to pay off. Really all except for PHX, and they are drilling that one down to 8.5 for you. Kind of an unusual spectacle.

imgv, i'm with you on the charlotte game, I got em at +1.5 thinking they were gonna turn into the favorite and now their +2. go figure. I like Charlotte tonight.

I also like the wizards -1.5 because they have a pretty strong home court bias. I'm playing Indiana -5 for the same reason.

I like a lot of unders tonight. the knicks and hornets have not been allowing their opponents much in terms of FG % same with New Jersey/San Antonio. Memphis is playing pretty lousy right now and i think the clippers at -4 is a pretty strong play
