THunder were the example of a dog that did not cover in the first half. Thunder had also failed to cover the 2nd half of previous 2 games against the jazz and the clippers. tonite I took thunder +1 in the 2nd half. This made the game spread to thunder +8 becuase the thunder were down 7 at the half. By taking thunder in the 2nd half, you increased the line from thunder +5.5 to thunder +8 for the game.
Take dogs in the 2nd half that did not cover the first half and that failed to cover the 2nd half in a previous game. By taking such dogs in the 2nd half, you are getting a much more favorable spread for the whole game with that dog.
Anyone have thoughts on this.
