Anyone have an opinion on this game? Blazers playing back to back and looked pretty good last night. Clippers are going to be much improved with Griffin back and I got to think they take the home opener. +127 is a good price but do you think the line will continue to go up?

im gonna pass on this game.. but i like the clips at 1st glance, griffin will dominate aldridge IMO..
although, i think i saw someone said before that blazers are the best team to bet on b2b..
also i doubt b.diddy..

I like the Clips in this but its not a good bet imo. Blazers did NOT look good last night imo, Suns are pretty bad and they were in the game in the 4th before Blazers made a run at the end. Back to back, Clips at home, a decent team.

Blazers being the best at b2b is fairly irrelevant as well ... That trend rarely goes from year to year plus with all those injuries they are a different team

Its up to +131 now at my book. I'll most likely play the Clips tonight no matter how well the Blazers did LAST YEAR on b2b games.

Brand new year remember that. Just a value pick here I think its a toss up.

Recognizing trends and numbers will only help a play, I don't see how that isn't irrelevant. They played well on back to back games last year, how is that irrelevant?

Its not irrelevant if you want to use trends then go ahead. I use trends all the time but last years Clippers team compared to this years is that their healthy to start the year. I`ll take a stab at the Clips +131 opening night.

dont be so sure Griffin will dominate Aldridge. College Griffin would dominate college Aldridge but Griffin has yet to step on the court for a regular season game and Aldridge is skilled and experienced

Its completely irrelevant because its not last year.

This Clippers team is gonna have to burn me before I won't fade them at this short price. Portland have winning in there DNA and Clips have losing on there DNA. Tonite Portland expects to win. Clippers have not proved anything although they have a talented rookie. Once Clippers start burning me I back off but not until then at this price.

6 cent move in just over an hour in favour of the Clips. By the way I have not bet this game yet. Theres still 6 hours before tip-off in this game and with everyones input I might just stay away from the game.
