2) Memphis Grizzlies VS San Antonio Spurs ( Pick Memphis Grizzlies - 2 @ - 110) : ( WON) The Spurs are clearly struggling without Duncan and even though Ginobli is putting up a good performance on the offensive end,the spurs are clearly missing his presence inside and that will tell even today.These two teams might just face off in the 1st round of the NBA Playoffs this season and the grizzlies will certainly be up for the challenge tonight.The spurs will also have a hard time on offense here as memphis has clearly upped their defense in the last few games which is evident in that fact that they have held its previous three opponents to an average of 83.3 points.Expect a good effort from the grizzlies and even though this game sounds like a good matchup,the grizzlies clearly have an edge here and i am taking them with the points.Good luck

Prediction: Memphis Grizzlies -2

The Spurs have lost 2 in a row since Tim Duncan went down with an injury, and they will have an extremely difficult time ending the skid in Memphis Sunday. This game means a lot more to Memphis, which is trying to hold off Houston for the last playoff spot in the West. Plus, the Grizzlies have been taking care of business all season at home where they are 25-10. One of those wins was a 109-93 victory over the Spurs earlier this month. Memphis has been up to the challenge at home against the league’s elite. In fact, it is 9-1 ATS in home games versus very good teams that outscore their opponents by 6+ points/game over the last 2 seasons. The Grizz are defeating these foes by an average of 3.1 ppg. The Spurs are 0-4 ATS in the last 4 meetings in this series. I don't think you are including the 96-99 loss to the Bulls on Friday. The previous 3 games before the loss to the Bulls would have the Grizz opponents scoring an average of 83.33 as opposed to 89.67 for the last 3 Grizz games. In any case, good luck on your picks tonight.

thanks god,, i only play and bet for fun, and can handle lossing, because this season college hoops has make me lose a lot of money,, and the worst part of this,, is that i am becoming more and more a degenerate gambler,,, i have all the pages espn, rivals, etc... open just checking for the scores.... the computer is always open and i do not even watch the games anymore,, just check the live scores in the laptop.....i stay till 5 am in the morning just checking scores,, and go to bed normally losing.............do all this sounds familiar,,, do a lot of you have the same behavior,,, i am tired of this,,, but honestly i have a hard time believing that anyone can profit in betting hoops.... thanks and good luck in the upcoming games!!!!

I would agree on the hoops being weird for this season but certainly not with the fact that no one wins betting hoops...without giving myself too much importance,i d stick my neck out and say that NBA has been rewarding me for the past 3 years and this is my 2nd year posting in SBR.Yes,this season has been a topsy turvy one for me but i still sit at + 29 Units,I d take that as i am yet to use a penny from my bankroll which i always keep aside from the start of the season.I am playing with what i have won and will continue doing that till i reach my goal.

And you should probably take some time off from gambling or tail a few good cappers in this forum and you will be amazed to see how your bankroll will start going up.Appreciate and respect and watch the difference mate.Good luck for the remainder of the season !

I rarely live bet and people here are proof that i have never chased a bet after making a play and posting it here.One of the reasons why people lose a lot of money on a single game is originally to cover what they had bet in the first place and that is dooms day in my opinion.There is always a possibility that one may the later plays bet on and also the original which was bet in the first place but that is quite rare.Usually you d find that the person who chases will be the ones depositing almost everyday to their respective books and the books will reward the idiots for being loyal by giving them a free 20$ bet or so

I have certainly not done what i expected from myself for the season as last year i practically killed it in the NBA,and believe me being 29 Units up and we are almost ending the regular season makes me want to bang my head but then patience is what i have kept and that is the biggest rewarding factor in gambling. Good luck and i too feel a good run on the cards again.

WELL said!!!,, but that is the hardest part, be patient and placing only ev bets,, when you are down, want and need to bring up the br again, and overbet, bigger hole, but heck we all learn the hard way,,,, live betting does not help either,, tks for the thoughts, best of luck
