Future bet-division winner

I don´t like this type of bets, but I love this one.
My local has

Celtics win Atlantic d. -400 (NYK, NJN, TOR, PHI)
Tor, Phi, NJ are not playoff teams this season, NYK can make playoff, they have chance to bring Carmelo, but I don´t think they can get more wins than Celtics. Boston only team above 50+w


Lakers win Pacific d. -333 (PHX, GS, SAC, LAC)
Biggest oponnent of LA is Phoenix, but I don´t belive Suns this season, without Amare and with Hill and Nash one year older, they will be lucky if they will be in the playoff. LAL will only team above 50+w.

Celts -400 is free money...... I can see Phoenix surprising everybody and taking Pacific division win. Maybe 5 % chance but it can happen. But I cant see Boston having worse record than Knicks, Nets, Toronto or Philly

lakers -333 is a great number, i would pound it
boston, however was -200 just a week ago, so it might've lost some value

just remember, nothing is free money, kobe or rondo could down or one of those teams could pull a new orleans
