NBA Defensive Matchups?

Hi,

I know very little about the NBA, and I'm trying to include defensive matchups in some elementary handicapping that I am doing. Is there a way, other than watching the games, to find out who guards who on defense? I get that the center is usually guarding the other center, but how would I get started figuring out is likely to guard a certain player in this evening's game?

that would be tough- teams mix up zone and man to man throughout the game

ya u cant really just say it. just look at teams defensive stats and u'll learn how they do on defense really
